- Total Distance: ~450–500 km
- Terrain: 80% paved highways, 20% red dirt rural roads and mountain twisties.
- Highlights: Phnom Chisor, Kampot Pepper Farms, Bokor Mountain, and Sihanoukville beaches
- Morning: Ride south on National Road 2. Detour onto quiet dirt tracks winding through local rice fields and palm groves. Stop at Phnom Chisor Mountain to climb the 503 steps for panoramic countryside views and 11th-century temple ruins.
- Afternoon: Push toward Takeo for a quick local lunch. Continue southwest toward Kampot on rural backroads, navigating past limestone karst formations.
- Evening: Arrive in the French colonial-style town of Kampot. Relax by the Praek Tuek Chhou River and grab a drink at the Durian Roundabout.
- Morning: Gear up for the legendary ascent to Bokor Hill Station. The 32 km twisty mountain road offers flawless tarmac and smooth curves perfect for two wheels. Explore the eerie, mist-covered abandoned French Catholic church and the giant Lok Yeay Mao monument.
- Afternoon: Ride down the mountain and stop at La Plantation to taste world-famous organic Kampot pepper. Afterward, join National Road 3 heading west toward Sihanoukville.
- Evening: Arrive in Sihanoukville. Skip the casino-dominated city center and ride straight to the cleaner shores of Otres Beach for a seafood dinner.
- Morning: Take a morning ride through Ream National Park to see coastal mangroves and hidden beaches.
- Afternoon: Join National Road 4 north. This is a major commercial artery, so stay alert for trucks and buses. Stop at the Yeay Mao Shrine at the Pich Nil mountain pass to pay respects for a safe journey, a traditional ritual for local drivers.
- Evening: Arrive back at your Phnom Penh depot by late afternoon to return your hotel and conclude the tour.
