- 10:00 AM – Spean Praptos (Kampong Kdei Bridge): Stop at this incredible 10th-century laterite stone bridge. It is the longest stone-arch bridge in the world from the Khmer Empire era.
- 12:30 PM – Lunch in Kampong Thom Town: Pull into a local restaurant for classic Khmer dishes like Amok or Lok Lak.
- 02:30 PM – Santuk Silk Farm: Ride down small dirt paths to visit a community project. Learn how raw silk is harvested from silkworms and woven into intricate scarves.
